Greenlight Publishing is a digital-first independent imprint releasing original fiction in ePub and audiobook formats. We commission, develop, and release each title directly to the platforms readers already use.
One imprint, three deliberate constraints.
We do not operate a print catalogue. There is no warehouse, no returns desk, no remainders bin. Every title exists as a digital file that can be downloaded, streamed, or read in-browser anywhere in the world, instantly. This is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.

Digital is the default
We don't print books. We don't warehouse books. We don't ship books. Every Greenlight Publishing title is a file — and that file is on every platform readers actually use, the day it's released.
First chapter is always free
Every book in our catalogue offers the opening chapter free, in your browser, with no account, no email gate, and no commitment. If the writing doesn't earn the next click, the book doesn't deserve to be sold.
Editors over algorithms
Each title goes through a multi-stage editorial pipeline before a single sentence of prose is written: treatment, character bible, screenplay-style structure pass, then drafting. Discovery happens through curated collections, not engagement-bait recommendation engines.
Authors are the imprint
Our roster of 105 writers is the product. Each has a public profile page with biography, bibliography, photo, and (for narrators) a voice sample. The studio is the means; the authors are the meaning.
No returns, no remainders
Print publishing's biggest secret is the returns desk — 30% of physical books shipped come back unsold and end up pulped. We solved that problem by not having shelves.
